Angel Marie Villa is located in the quiet village of Veli Kosi. It boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private heated* swimming pool with a 180-degree sea view, a deck area, and an outdoor fireplace for barbecues. The nearest town is Labin, just a 15-minute drive away, offering supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, and a marketplace. The closest beach is in the resort town of Rabac, a mere 13-minute drive, with its beautiful pebble beaches, long promenade, cocktail bars featuring live music, and boat excursions.

LIVING ROOM
An open space area encompassing a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room is furnished with a three-seater sofa and armchair, accompanied by a cozy fireplace and a 43-inch smart satellite television.

KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area accommodating four individuals. It includes a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, and filter coffee machine.

BEDROOMS
Two bedrooms, each with a smart television. All bedrooms feature a king-size bed (180x200 cm). The bathrooms are equipped with a heated towel rail, walk-in shower, and toilet. Comfortable beds with quality cotton bed linen ensure a premium bedtime sleep.

TERRACE
A covered terrace with a dining table for four people provides panoramic sea views. The outdoor fireplace and a premium gas grill for barbecues are easily accessible via the kitchen on the ground floor.

SWIMMING POOL
The outdoor area is designed for your comfort, featuring a refreshing and private 18 m2 swimming pool, an outdoor shower with cold/warm water, and a deck area with four sun loungers. Two parasols and one shade sail offer protection from the sun. The pool water can be heated*, and it operates on saltwater.

STORAGE ROOM
Close to the entrance door is a practical storage/laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, and ironing set.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING
In the parking area, there's a power supply box equipped with both a 1-phase outlet and a 3-phase outlet, offering charging power of 11 kW.

Es ist genauso wie auf Bildern einfach traumhaft. Ein sehr ruhiger Platz zum Erholen. Die Ausstattung war perfekt. Die Straße zur Unterkunft war nicht ganz so einfach und recht schmal, prinzipiell aber kein Problem.

Wir waren zu viert und haben eine super Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist abgelegen, sehr ruhig und mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Das Haus ist noch besser als die Fotos es vermuten lassen. Alles super sauber, schön und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind sehr sauber und schön. Francesco und sein Team immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, wir waren als Pärchen eine Woche und konnten die grandiose Aussicht und das Ambiente genießen. Unserer Ansprechpartnerin Jelena stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Im Haus selbst war an alles gedacht, ob das Kaffee, frische Milch, eine kalte Flasche Wasser etc. Alles sehr sauber und gemütlich, man fühlte sich sofort wohl. LG Carina und Marco

Herzlicher Empfang/Schlüsselübergabe, Haus ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, Blick von Schlaf- und Wohnzimmern aufs Meer- wunderschön, Pool mit Terasse und Grillbereich, eigener Parkplatz direkt vor Haus bzw. Auf Grundstück, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder =) Danke!
