We invite you to our gorgeous rental home in a tranquil location. It's the perfect combination of country living and the convenience of many superb beaches, tourist attractions, cafes & restaurants in the closest resort towns.

The Casa Piano is a must-visit for family/friends/couples wanting a relieving stress getaway, as it features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private swimming pool, a patio, a deck area, and an outdoor fireplace.

 

Casa Piano is situated in the quiet village Zupanici. Practically it is the last house in the village. The outdoor area is completely private. It is conveniently located within a 3-minute drive to the grocery shop and a restaurant. The next town is Labin, a 10-minute drive distance to many supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, and a marketplace. The closest beach is in a resort town Rabac, a distant 20-minute drive with many beautiful pebble beaches, a long promenade, cocktail bars with live music, and boat excursions.

LIVING ROOM
Open space area with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. Comfortable living room with an L shape sofa and a piano. Equipped with 55-inch smart satellite television and a free Netflix account. There is also a Harman Kardon bluetooth speaker. Close to the living room is a guest toilet.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area with a round dining table for six persons. A fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, filter, and Nespresso coffee machine. A practical storage/laundry room with a washing machine and ironing set is close to the kitchen.

BEDROOMS
There are three bedrooms in total. One ensuite bedroom on the ground floor with a direct access to the deck area and pool. It is equipped with a queen size bed (160x200 cm) and a bathroom attached. The second and third bedrooms are on the first floor. Both with king size beds (180x200 cm). Each bedroom has a smart SAT television with a free Netflix account. Comfortable king-size beds for a premium bedtime sleep. All bedrooms have a mosquito net on each door/window.

BATHROOMS
There are two bathrooms and one guest toilet. The en-suite bathroom on the ground floor features a walk-in shower and a sink. The second bathroom on the first floor has a heated floor, walk-in shower, sink, and a bidet. Additionally, on the deck area, there is an outdoor shower with both cold and warm water.

TERRACE
The covered terrace with a dining table, complemented by outdoor fireplace and countertop with sink. Accessible from kitchen/living room on the groundfloor.

SWIMMING POOL
The outdoor area has been set up for your comfort with a beautifully refreshing and private 26 m² swimming pool, an outdoor shower with cold/warm water, deck area with six sun loungers. Pool with salt water (no active chlorine) for softer and gentler swimming experience. The pool is equipped with a blanket that heats up the pool water through the sun and preserves the pool temperature during the night.

PIANO
Upright piano "Petrof" for not skipping practice while on vacation or playing music just for leisure and pleasure.

Unsere Zeit in Brankos Casa Piano war sehr schön. Branko (der Eigentümer) wohnt nebenan und war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Er hat uns super Tipps gegeben bezüglich Restaurants und Events in der Nähe. Waren absolut zufrieden und können es nur jedem weiter empfehlen. Man hat dort seine Ruhe, es ist etwas abgelegen in einem kleinen Dorf aber perfekt zum entspannen und die nächst größere Stadt labin sind auch nur ca 10 bis 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Alles in allem einfach toller Aufenthalt gewesen.

Der schönste Urlaub den wir jemals hatten. Das Haus, so gemütlich, modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man braucht. Schön ist das es sehr ruhig ist, man aber zugleich in 10 Minuten bei den Supermärkten ist. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag für mehrere Stunden genutzt. Und besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft von Branko und Maria, die immer wieder was vorbei gebracht haben. Wir kommen wieder.

Francesco und seine Frau sind super liebe Menschen. Sie waren immer zur Stelle und haben sich darum gekümmert, dass alles gepasst hat und wir zufrieden waren. Das Haus ist ein Traum, genauso wie auf den Bildern und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Ein Supermarkt ist auch mit dem Auto in 8 Minuten zu erreichen und die Strände in der Nähe sind auch schön. Wir waren aber fast nur beim Haus, weil wir uns wie gesagt so wohl gefühlt haben und der Pool auch super war. Nach Pula dauert es nur 1 Stunde mit dem Auto. Wir haben auch viele Empfehlungen für die Gegend bekommen und konnten uns bei Fragen immer an ihn wenden. Vielen vielen Dank, dass wir da sein duften und vielleicht kommen wir bald wieder!

Wir durften zu fünft 14 wunderschöne Tage in diesem Haus verbringen. Es ist alles sehr toll eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Bis nach Labin fährt man ca. 10min um die Dinge des alltäglichen einzukaufen. Bis Meer sind es schon mal 30 min wenn man nicht gleich die erste Bucht nimmt aber der Weg lohnt sich. Das Haus liegt super ruhig und man kann super entspannen. Unsere Gastgeber waren super freundlich. Wir werden uns an die gemeinsamen Abende noch lange erinnern - Maria und Branko ihr seit wundervolle Menschen! Irgendwann kommen wir wieder. Danke für die tolle Zeit! J&C

Nice location in quiet neighborhood. Pool, house and garden are fantastic. Hosts Branko and Marija are simply amazing. So friendly and charming. Can only confirm what other guests wrote - enjoyed every second.
