Welcome to our enchanting rustic rental home, nestled in a serene location that harmoniously combines the charm of countryside living with easy access to fantastic beaches, tourist hotspots, and delightful cafés and restaurants in the nearby resort towns.

Casa Ivanovac beckons families, friends, and couples seeking a stress-relieving getaway. Boasting four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private swimming pool, a patio, a deck area, and an outdoor fireplace.

Casa Ivanovac is in the quiet village of Breg Ivanovac. It is a semi-detached house on a small hill with a large plot. The Casa Ivanovac is split into two parts with different outdoor entrances.  The outdoor area is completely private. It is conveniently located within a 3-minute drive of the grocery shop. The next town is Labin, a 7-minute drive from many supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, and a marketplace. The closest beach is in the resort town of Rabac, a distant 15-minute drive with many beautiful pebble beaches, a long promenade, cocktail bars with live music, and boat excursions.

LIVING ROOM
In the second part of the house is an open-space area with a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and a kitchen.  Close to the living room is a guest toilet.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
In the second part of the house, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a dining table for eight people. A fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, and filter coffee machine.

BEDROOMS
There are four bedrooms in total. On the first part of the house, there is one bedroom, equipped with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) on the first floor and one bedroom on the ground floor, equipped with a two single beds (90x200 cm). In the second part of the house, there is one bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) on the first floor and one bedroom on the ground floor, equipped with two single beds (90x200 cm).

BATHROOMS
In the first section of the house, you'll find one bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet featuring a washing machine. In the second section, there is another bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet with a washer. Additionally, on the deck area, there is an outdoor shower with both cold and warm water.

TERRACE
The covered terrace has a wooden dining table for up to eight people. Accessible from the kitchen/living room on the ground floor.

SWIMMING POOL
The outdoor area has been set up for your comfort with a beautifully refreshing and private 24 m² swimming pool, an outdoor shower with cold/warm water, a deck area with six sun loungers, complemented by an outdoor fireplace, and a sitting area for four persons. 

PLAYGROUND
We have a playground area on rubber tiles for the smaller ones, with a swing set, seesaw and a trampoline for never-ending children's fun.

OUTDOOR LAWN GAMES 
In the lawn area in front of the house, there are two soccer goals and a volleyball net.

Zwei Familien hatten wunderbare Tage in diesem wirklich sehr schönen, gemütlichen und mit allem was man so braucht eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Da wir zum zweiten Mal da waren, haben wir uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Vivi ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, ein Plausch mit ihr macht immer Spaß. Bis zum Meer ist es nicht weit, aber auch der Pool wurde oft genutzt. Labin ist eine sehenswerte Stadt, in der man gut bummeln kann.... Wir kommen wieder!

Wat een geweldig huisje! Echt brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Vivjen is een top host!! We kwamen pas om 20:00 aan savonds wat geen probleem was. (Ze woont er naast). Stond lekkers klaar voor ons om te snacken met een heerlijk flesje wijn en mineraalwater. Vivjen is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ondanks dat ze er naast wonen, heb je geen enkele last van ze en heb je je eigen privacy. Wat wij heel gezellig vonden was dat de plaatselijke huisdieren, honden en 1 kat zo nu en dan even gedag komen zeggen en weer gaan. Het balken van de ezel verderop deed ons steeds weer in de lach schieten! Prachtig! Al met al een heerlijk lang weekend gehad met veel rust en rustieke omgeving. Oud Labin en Rabac liggen op nog geen 10 min rijden, evenals supermarkten e.d. Vivjen, poljubac za tebe!! 😘

Vivjen i Roberto are nice hosts. They always respond quickly to messages and are ready to give good advice about restaurants and sights in the area. The house is fully equipped with all the listed facilities. The house looks even better in reality than in the photos. We recommend it with all our hearts.

Zu dieser Unterkunft muss man nicht viel sagen. Einfach die Beschreibungen und Bewertungen lesen und man weiß bescheid. Denn genau so wird es auch kommen. :) Wir hatten eine tolle Woche bei Vivjen und der Familie - äußerst Freundliche Gastgeber..!! Perfekt für zwei Familien - wir waren 6 Personen und es wäre auch mit weiteren Kinden überhaupt kein Problem gewesen. Sehr schöner Gemeinschaftsbereich und ein toller Außenbereich mit Terrasse, Pool und Garten... Möchte man etwas unternehmen oder besorgen, dann ist man auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen, was für uns kein Problem ist. Täglich Ausflüge zu tollen Buchten geplant, alles innerhalb von 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Familie wohnt nebenan und war sehr hilfsbereit. Zu Beginn mit einer Brotzeit und Ratschlägen empfangen worden und immer ein offenes Ohr gehabt - falls notwenig :) Danke für die gute Zeit !!

We’ve spent wonderful week in Vivien’s house. Vivien and Roberto are very kind and warm for me and and my family. They welcomed us with grappa and some local specialties. We received much information about local beaches, restaurants etc. We received answers for all our questions. I hope we will visit this place again in the future.
