Welcome to Casa Dorella, nestled in the serene village of Viskovici on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula. This hidden gem, originally built in the early 1930s, has been treated to a complete makeover in both 2019 and 2023. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, a private heated* swimming pool, a deck area, and an additional patio with a BBQ option, it's got everything you need. Just a 17-minute drive away, you'll find the charming town of Labin, offering supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, and a lively marketplace. Need some beach time? The beautiful pebble beaches of Koromacno are just a quick 4-minute drive away, complete with a grocery store, tavern, and bar. Ready for a fantastic stay at Casa Dorella?

The house is divided into two parts, connected by the exterior. The first living space, situated on the first floor, comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest toilet with a washing machine, an open area housing the living room, kitchen, and dining area, and a panoramic balcony with a small table and chairs.

The second section on the ground floor consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, and a charming open space with a living room, fireplace, kitchen, and dining area. Additionally, there's a spacious terrace with an outdoor table for six persons.

LIVING ROOM
The two open spaces consist of two living rooms and two kitchens with a dining area for six persons. Each living room is furnished with a three-seater sofa and armchair, complemented by a cozy fireplace. One 55-inch and one 43-inch smart satellite televisions are provided.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Two fully equipped kitchens with dining areas accommodating six persons each. Amenities include a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, water kettle, and both filter and Nespresso coffee machines.

BEDROOMS
Two bedrooms feature a king-size bed (180x200 cm). Third bedroom on the ground floor feature a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). Comfortable beds with quality cotton bed linen ensure a premium bedtime sleep. 

BATHROOMS
There are two bathrooms on each floor, equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Additionally, there's a guest toilet with a washing machine on the first floor. On the deck area, you'll find an outdoor shower with both cold and warm water.

TERRACE
A semi-covered, spacious terrace with a dining table for six people and an equipped BBQ is easily accessible via the kitchen on the ground floor.

SWIMMING POOL
The outdoor area is designed for your comfort, featuring a refreshing and private 18 m2 swimming pool, an outdoor shower with cold/warm water, and a deck area with six sun loungers. Two parasols and one shade sail offer protection from the sun. The pool water can be heated*, and it operates on Chlorine.

*There are additional costs of €20.00 per day for pool heating if the water is below 24 degrees.

Tolle Unterkunft! Ideal für Paare die gemeinsam Urlaub machen (Doppelbetten), gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Besonders die Küchen (1 oben & 1 unten) bieten viel Platz zum Kochen und Alles, was man dazu braucht- Highlight für mich: Gasherde und Feuerstelle zum Indoor-Grillen! Holz dafür wird auch zur Verfügung gestellt. Den Poolbereich haben wir leider aufgrund des Wetters nur einmal genutzt, ansonsten super! Alles war sehr sauber, man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Auch die ruhige Lage in Viškovići hat uns sehr gefallen, vom oberen Geschoss aus hat man sogar Meerblick. Ansonsten ist man schnell mit dem Auto in Labin oder Rabac und es gibt ein großes Angebot an Freizeitaktivitäten in der Umgebung, wir waren z.B. Tauchen und Angeln. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und hat gut funktioniert. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wirkliche tolle Zeit und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Moin Zusammen, meine Freundin und ich haben Mitte Septmeber 10 sehr schöne Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht. Leider hatten wir nur 3 warme Tage, um den Pool und die Sonne zu genießen, aber die Zeit konnten wir bei absoluter Ruhe verbringen. Zu dieser Zeit war es dort äußerst ruhig, was sehr angenehm war. Die übrigen Tage sind wir täglich in Städte, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aussichtspunkte gefahren. Dass das ausschließlich mit dem Auto zu erledigen war, war uns aufgrund der Lage aber bewusst. Francesco hat uns einen früheren Check In angeboten, welchen wir genutzt haben. Er hat proaktiv gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei und antwortete auf Fragen sehr schnell. Wir haben nur einen Teil der zwei Teile des Hauses genutzt, waren aber von der Ausstattung positiv überrascht. Zum kochen hat es an nichts gefehlt (Gewürze, Öle, Schwämme, Spülmittel etc.) Das hatten wir so noch nirgends. Alles in allem war es trotz des Wetters ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Wat een geweldig huis! Voorzien van alle gemakken, perfecte afwerking en geweldige inrichting. Dorian is een superhost, die je direct thuis laat voelen, snel reageert en relaxed is. Het huis, het zwembad en zijn geweldig. Wij hebben genoten.
