Apartment Kanat II is located on the first floor of a house, offering the convenience of being just a minute's walk away from beaches, the harbor, restaurants, bars, and grocery shops. For additional shopping needs, the mall and several supermarkets are a quick 10-minute drive away in the town of Labin. The apartment spans a total area of 72 m², featuring a 16 m² panoramic terrace.

LIVING ROOM
A modern and comfortable living room with a three-seater sofa, equipped with a 39-inch satellite television.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a round dining table for four persons. Features include a large fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, and a filter coffee machine.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180×200 cm) with an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds (90×200 cm) with an attached bathroom. Extremely comfortable beds with damask bed linen ensure a luxurious bedtime sleep.

BATHROOMS
Three bathrooms, two of which are attached to the bedrooms, equipped with a walk-in shower and a sink.

TERRACE
The panoramic terrace of 16 m² features a panoramic outdoor dining table with four persons, for enjoying morning breakfasts. Equipped with four deck chairs and one parasol. From there, you can enjoy a sea view of the Rabac bay—a striking sight, especially at night. The terrace and sea invite visitors to linger, relax, and enjoy each other's company.

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt, einziger Nachteil der Lärmpegel von den passierenden Fahrzeugen, überwiegend tagsüber von der Straße, die unmittelbar vor dem Haus her führt. Viele Treppenstufen vom Pkw-Stellplatz zur Wohnung. Für Menschen mit Kniebeschwerden nicht geeignet. Der Aufzug ist nur bei der Anreise für den Transport der Koffer nutzbar.

Angefangen bei einer herzlichen Begrüßung und Rundführung von Jellena bis hin zur Wohnung war alles perfekt. Das Airbnb ist modern, größräumig und mit drei separaten Bädern wirklich eine Luxus Oase zum Ausspannen. Der Ausblick von der riesigen Terrasse mit Tisch und Liegestühlen ist einfach traumhaft und bedeutet Urlaub pur, da man einen direkten freien Blick auf Küste von Rabac hat und seine Abende mit einem Sonnenuntergang und Meerblick ausklingen kann. Die Wohnung ist außerdem so konzipiert das man diesen Ausblick auch von der Küche sowie den zwei Schlafzimmern hat. Jelena gab uns auch gute Tipps für Rabac und Umgebung um unseren kurzen Aufenthalt von einer Woche so perfekt wie möglich zu machen und sie Antwortete sehr schnell bei weiteren Fragen. Auf Anfrage konnten wir auch schon früher einchecken was uns sehr half. Ich und meine Familie hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und falls wir nochmal in Rabac sind, gerne wieder!
