Located in the tranquil village of Stanisovi, Villa Debora is a haven of peace. This vacation home offers luxurious amenities and elegant Italian furnishings. It features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a private heated* pool with stunning ocean views, a spacious deck, a backyard playground, and an outdoor grill, catering to all your needs. The 700 m² fully enclosed estate ensures privacy and security. Just a 13-minute drive away, you’ll find the charming town of Labin, with its supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and lively market scene. LIVING ROOM
The open space area includes a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room features a three-seater sofa and two armchairs, a drink cabinet stocked with various cocktails available for purchase and cocktail-making tools, a 42-inch smart satellite TV. A bathroom is conveniently located nearby.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area that seats six. It includes a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, and a filter coffee machine. Additionally, there's a selection of delicious Italian wines available for purchase.
BEDROOMS
There are three bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a smart television and access to a semi-covered sea view balcony of 40 m² with a heatable hot tub.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed (190x200 cm), a single bed (90x200 cm), an attached bathroom, a wardrobe, and a desk.

The third en-suite bedroom includes a king-size bed (190x200 cm), an attached bathroom, a wardrobe, and a desk.
The fourth en-suite bedroom includes two single beds (90x200 cm), an attached bathroom and wardrobe.
All beds are comfortable and dressed in high-quality cotton bed linen, perfect for a premium sleep experience.
BATHROOMS
Four bathrooms are equipped with electric underfloor heating, a heated towel rail, shower and toilet and bidet. The large bathroom on the upper floor also has a hydromassage bathtub. A bathroom is close to the living room with a washing machine. On the deck area is an outdoor shower with cold and warm water.
TERRACE & PATIO
Relax and enjoy the expansive covered terrace with a dining table offering panoramic sea views, accessible from the ground floor kitchen. A shaded outdoor lounge area invites you with a premium lounge set, including a two-seater sofa, two deck chairs, and a table. From here, soak in the distant views of the Istrian coast, creating a breathtaking spectacle, especially at night. The seaside patio invites visitors to linger, unwind, and share moments together. Plus, there's a fireplace for BBQs. Additionally, there's a table football on the terrace for some fun and games!
SWIMMING POOL
The outdoor area is designed for your comfort, featuring a beautifully refreshing and private 32 m² swimming pool, an outdoor shower with both cold and warm water, and a spacious deck area with six sun loungers. Two parasols and natural shade provide protection from the sun. The pool can be heated* and operates on salt water.
PLAYGROUND & SPORT AREA
For the little ones, we have a shared playground area with our other two villas, featuring a playhouse and a wave slide for endless children's fun. Additionally, a grass court is available for outdoor activities like small football, badminton, or volleyball. There's also table tennis for endless competitive matches.
BILLIARD ROOM
For our guests, we offer a shared billiard room with our other two villas. You'll find all the sports equipment stored here, along with two bar chairs for a relaxed atmosphere.
PARKING
The micro-resort with three villas is completely fenced, ensuring privacy and security for all guests. All parking is situated behind the houses, accessible through an electronically controlled gate.
*Additional costs for pool heating are €30.00 per day, heating the bathtub €10.00, pet fee is €10,00 per day.
