Villa Laura is nestled in the peaceful village of Stanisovi, surrounded by tranquility. This holiday home is exceptionally well-equipped and adorned with stylish Italian designed furniture. It features three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a private heated* pool with mesmerizing sea views, a balcony jacuzzi, a spacious deck area, a backyard playground, and an outdoor barbecue fireplace. The property is fully fenced and spans 700 m², ensuring privacy and security. The nearest town, Labin, is just a quick 13-minute drive away, offering convenient access to supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and a market. For beach lovers, the stunning pebble beaches of Rabac are also just a 13-minute drive away, boasting a picturesque promenade, lively cocktail bars with live music, and exciting boat excursions.
LIVING ROOM
The open space area includes a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room features a three-seater sofa and two armchairs, a drink cabinet stocked with various cocktails available for purchase and cocktail-making tools, a 42-inch smart satellite TV, and a bookshelf with books in both English and German. A bathroom is conveniently located nearby.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area that seats six. It includes a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, blender, toaster, kettle, and a filter and espresso and moka pot coffee machine. Additionally, there's a selection of delicious Italian wines available for purchase.
BEDROOMS
There are three bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a satellite TV and access to a semi-covered sea view balcony of 17 m² with a heatable hot tub.
The master bedroom is equipped with a super king-size bed (200x210 cm), a single bed (90x200 cm), an attached bathroom, a wardrobe, and a desk.

The third en-suite bedroom includes a super king-size bed (200x210 cm), an attached bathroom, a wardrobe, and a desk.
All beds are comfortable and dressed in high-quality cotton bed linen, perfect for a premium sleep experience.

Four bathrooms are equipped with electric heated towel rail, shower and toilet and bidet. The large bathroom on the upper floor also has a hydromassage bathtub. A bathroom is close to the living room and to the gym with a washing machine. On the deck area is an outdoor shower with cold and warm water.

Relax and enjoy the expansive covered terrace with a dining table offering panoramic sea views, accessible from the ground floor kitchen. A shaded outdoor lounge area invites you with a premium lounge set, including a two-seater sofa, two deck chairs, and a table. From here, soak in the distant views of the Istrian coast, creating a breathtaking spectacle, especially at night. The seaside patio invites visitors to linger, unwind, and share moments together. Plus, there's a fireplace for BBQs. Additionally, there's a table football on the terrace for some fun and games!

The outdoor area is designed for your comfort, featuring a beautifully refreshing and private 45 m² swimming pool, an outdoor shower with both cold and warm water, and a spacious deck area with six sun loungers. Two parasols and natural shade provide protection from the sun. The pool can be heated* and operates on salt water. There is also a shallow section of the pool for little ones to enjoy.
PLAYGROUND & SPORT AREA
For the little ones, we have a shared playground area with our other two villas, featuring a playhouse and a wave slide for endless children's fun. Additionally, a grass court is available for outdoor activities like small football, badminton, or volleyball. There's also table tennis for endless competitive matches.
GYM
We've got you covered with our state-of-the-art gym, featuring an advanced treadmill and a versatile all-in-one multi-gym machine. Conveniently located nearby, you'll find a bathroom complete with a refreshing shower to freshen up after your workout.
BILLIARD ROOM
For our guests, we offer a shared billiard room with our other two villas. You'll find all the sports equipment stored here, along with two bar chairs for a relaxed atmosphere.
PARKING
The micro-resort with three villas is completely fenced, ensuring privacy and security for all guests. All parking is situated behind the houses, accessible through an electronically controlled gate. Villa Laura also has a carport available for two cars, providing convenience and protection from the elements.
*Additional costs for pool heating are €30.00 per day, heating the bathtub €10.00, pet fee is €10,00 per day.
