This rustical stone-built 60 m² holiday home, nestled on a 300 m² plot, is conveniently perched on a hill in Rabac, boasting a tranquil and low-traffic neighborhood. House Salakova features two ensuite bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private kitchen with a dining table, private parking, and amenities to make you feel right at home. The roofed terrace, complete with an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and two outdoor tables, is the perfect spot for gatherings and relaxation. The city center and beaches are just a 3-minute drive away. The nearest town, Labin, is a quick 9-minute drive, offering a mall, supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, and a marketplace.

KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that accommodates four individuals. It includes a fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, water kettle, and a filter coffee machine. There is a dining table for four persons and an indoor fireplace.

BEDROOMS
Two en-suite bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom and a television. One bedroom features a king-size bed (180×200 cm), and the other has a queen-size bed (160×200 cm). Comfortable beds with quality cotton bed linen ensure a premium bedtime sleep.

BATHROOMS
The en-suite bathrooms are equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.

TERRACE
A covered terrace with a complete outdoor kitchen, including a sink, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, and a dining table for four people. The outdoor fireplace area for barbecues is easily accessible via the outdoor kitchen. The second part of the covered terrace, in the front of the house, close to the indoor kitchen, is equipped with a dining table for four persons.

BACKYARD
The panoramic sea-view outdoor area behind the house offers a wooden table for four persons and deck chairs.

Super Anwesen, Ruhig oben auf dem Berg gelegen. Ambiente Super schön im Alten Vintage Still Outdoor Küche in die Ich mich Persönlich verliebt habe. Strand nah dran und Super Sauberes Meer. Dickes Lob noch an Edi er ist ein Super Gastgeber Er alleine hat denn Aufenthalt im Anwesend versüßt vielen Dank an dich Edi.

We had a lovely week at the villa Edi and his family were extremely welcoming and helpful I enjoyed my evening aperitif with Edi and all is recommendations. Una the cat was adorable and visited morning and evening lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

splendida casetta sulle colline di rabac ad un km dalla spiaggia posizione tranquilla in una strada chiusa. molto utile la cucina e BBQ esterno, Edy molto disponibile ci ha dato molti consigli grazie.
