LIVING ROOM
The open-plan living room/kitchen area is an ideal social space with a sofa, coffee table, and dining table. With a 55-inch smart satellite television, you can lounge in front of it, or log into your favourite streaming services and have a film night.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
A fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a dining table for four persons. A large fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, and a filter coffee machine are also available. Near the kitchen is a dedicated workspace with a desk and a chair. 

BEDROOM
The gallery bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200 cm) with a gallery attached and two armchairs. The bedroom is equipped with a smart SAT television with a free Netflix subscription. This is a very comfortable bed enriched with damask bed linen for a luxurious sleep.

BALCONY
A mini balcony of 2 m² allows you to take a look over the streets of the old town.

PARKING
The host pays for the parking subscription.

COMBO
There is the option of combining two apartments into one (apartment Ginger + apartment Blue). For four people, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Tolle Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung. Alles (Einkauf, Kulinarik, Natur und Baden) war supergut erreichbar. Der Kontakt lief schnell und auf jede Frage gab es umgehend eine Antwort. Rundum zufrieden.

Francesco's apartment is so clean that you feel like you are the first person in the world to live here. The apartment is stylish, unique, designer, has a special atmosphere. The glasses and towels are beautiful, every little detail is perfect. The shower cabin with the skylight is especially unique, we loved it! The small balcony is also practical, good to breathe some fresh air in the morning, and the view of the narrow, Mediterranean street is very atmospheric. The location is great, right in the middle of the beautiful old town, which is easily accessible from the paid parking lot. We ended up not using the free parking, it's hard to get a spot, and instead of looking for a parking space, we spent the time eating, there are so many wonderful restaurants right next to the apartment. In summary: wonderful apartment, wonderful host, wonderful neighborhood, wonderful price! We will definitely be back!

Wir haben 1 Woche in dieser wirklich sehr schönen Wohnung in Labin verbracht. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet. Man kann sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es gibt überhaupt gar nichts zu bemängeln. Die Kommunikation verlief ohne Probleme und bei Fragen wurde ohne Zeitverzögerung geantwortet. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
