Bez obzira žudite li za opuštenim utočištem ili avanturističkim izletom, ovaj je popis savršeno mjesto za opuštanje s prijateljima i obitelji, osiguravajući ultimativni bijeg bez stresa.

Dobrodošli u Casa Dorella, smještena u mirnom mjestu Viskovići na istočnoj strani istarskog poluotoka. Ovaj skriveni dragulj, izvorno izgrađen ranih 1930-ih, potpuno je preuređen 2019. i 2023. S tri spavaće sobe, dvije kupaonice, toaletom za goste, privatnim grijanim* bazenom, prostorom na terasi i dodatnom terasom s opcijom roštilja, ima sve što vam treba. Udaljen samo 17 minuta vožnje, pronaći ćete šarmantni grad Labin koji nudi supermarkete, restorane, kafeterije i živahnu tržnicu. Trebate malo vremena za plažu? Prekrasne šljunčane plaže Koromačno udaljene su samo 4 minute vožnje, zajedno s trgovinom, konobom i barom. Jeste li spremni za fantastičan boravak u Casa Dorella?

Kuća je podijeljena na dva dijela, spojena vanjskim dijelom. Prvi stambeni prostor, koji se nalazi na prvom katu, sastoji se od dvije spavaće sobe, kupaonice, gostinjskog WC-a s perilicom rublja, otvorenog prostora u kojem se nalazi dnevni boravak, kuhinja i blagovaonica te panoramskog balkona s malim stolom i stolicama. .

Drugi dio u prizemlju sastoji se od spavaće sobe, kupaonice i šarmantnog otvorenog prostora s dnevnim boravkom, kaminom, kuhinjom i blagovaonom. Dodatno, tu je i prostrana terasa s vanjskim stolom za šest osoba.

DNEVNA SOBA
Dva otvorena prostora sastoje se od dva dnevna boravka i dvije kuhinje s blagovaonom za šest osoba. Svaki dnevni boravak opremljen je trosjedom i foteljom, a nadopunjuje ih udoban kamin. Na raspolaganju su jedan pametni satelitski televizor od 55 inča i jedan od 43 inča.

KUHINJA I BLAGOVAONICA
Dvije potpuno opremljene kuhinje s blagovaonicom za po šest osoba. Sadržaji uključuju hladnjak, zamrzivač, štednjak, pećnicu, mikrovalnu pećnicu, toster, kuhalo za vodu te aparate za kavu s filterom i Nespresso.

SPAVAĆE SOBE
Dvije spavaće sobe imaju king size krevet (180x200 cm). Treća spavaća soba u prizemlju ima bračni krevet (160x200 cm). Udobni kreveti s kvalitetnom pamučnom posteljinom osiguravaju vrhunski san prije spavanja.

KUPAONICE
Na svakoj etaži nalaze se dvije kupaonice, opremljene walk-in tušem, umivaonikom i WC-om. Dodatno, na katu se nalazi gostinjski wc sa perilicom rublja. Na palubi ćete pronaći vanjski tuš s hladnom i toplom vodom.

TERASA
Iz kuhinje u prizemlju lako se pristupa polunatkrivenoj, prostranoj terasi sa stolom za objedovanje za šest osoba i opremljenim roštiljem.

BAZEN
Vanjski prostor dizajniran je za vašu udobnost, a uključuje osvježavajući i privatni bazen od 18 m2, vanjski tuš s hladnom/toplom vodom i terasu sa šest ležaljki. Dva suncobrana i jedno jedro za sjenilo pružaju zaštitu od sunca. Voda u bazenu može se grijati*, a radi na kloru.

*Postoje dodatni troškovi od 20,00 € po danu za grijanje bazena ako je voda ispod 24 stupnja.

Our stay at Casa Dorella in Istria, Croatia was *absolutely* fabulous. There are excellent and very clear instructions of how to locate the hamlet and the villa. The villa itself is nestled into the hillside with stunning views across the bay out to see and up the estuary and the first thing that hits you as you arrive is the heavenly scent of lavender & rosemary from the bushes that surround the little pool, and the gentle buzz of bees and butterflies. The hosts are warm & friendly and their house is *absolutely* immaculate and incredibly well-equipped. We were 5 adults and at no point did we ever feel on top of each other. The little hamlet is rural (which is exactly what we wanted), so having your own transport is essential if you want to explore the local region and there is lots to see! Koromačno beach (approx. 5 min drive and don't be put off by the quarry, the waters are incredibly clear!). Labin (15 mins) Pula airport (50 mins) Pula town centre (1 hr)

We had a wonderful stay – everything was exactly as described! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the view from the upper terrace, which made our breakfasts extra special every morning. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and friendly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
