Apartment Kanat III is located on the second floor of a house, offering the convenience of being just a minute's walk away from beaches, the harbor, restaurants, bars, and grocery shops. For additional shopping needs, the mall and several supermarkets are a quick 10-minute drive away in the town of Labin. The apartment spans a total area of 52 m², featuring a 5 m² balcony.

LIVING ROOM
A modern and comfortable living room with a three-seater sofa, equipped with a 39-inch satellite television.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a round dining table for four persons. Features include a fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, and a filter coffee machine.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed (180×200 cm). The second bedroom has two single beds (90×200 cm). Extremely comfortable beds with damask bed linen ensure a luxurious bedtime sleep.

BATHROOMS
One bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a sink.

BALCONY
The covered balcony of 5 m² features a panoramic smaller round dining table for enjoying morning breakfasts. From there, you can enjoy a sea view of the Rabac bay—a striking sight, especially at night. The balcony and sea invite visitors to linger, relax, and enjoy each other's company.

Wirklich wunderschöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick. Die Ausstattung war exzellent und in top Zustand. Die Wohnung war schön groß und geräumig. Perfekt für bis zu vier Personen. Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Ausstattung war üppig in Klammern Geschirr, Töpfe, Besteck, Gewürze, Öl, Pfeffer, Zucker - alles da). Die Gastgeber waren immer gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich und haben proaktiv kommuniziert sowie schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen. Ruhig gelegen, super Ausblick und dennoch war man schnell im Ort. Rabac ist ein super Ausgangspunkt um Istrien zu erkunden. Mit dem Auto waren auch im nächsten Ort Labin Supermärkte und sonstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell zu erreichen.

Everything was super great beginning from our arrival up to an ending when we had to say our goodbyes. The cleanliness of the apartment is flawless, every thing for your convenience is provided, wonderful location with a stunning view over the harbor, easy acces to a plethora of beaches. Each and every question that sits in your mind regarding any vacation details on where to dine or where to buy freshly caught fish, you can turn to Jelena, who is very friendly and attentive. Bottom line, everything was done to make our vacation as bright and pleasant as it can be.

Es ist ein sehr schönes modernes Apartment. Die Lage ist sehr günstig, um sowohl die Promenade, Restaurants, Läden als auch den Strand fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern einen wunderschönen Sommerurlaub in diesem Apartment verbracht & es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. In der Küche findet man alles was man benötigt (Kaffee,Gewürze,Öl...) & auch im Badezimmer waren schon einige Hygieneprodukte vorzufinden.Das Doppelbett ist sehr bequem.Die beiden Einzebetten haben eine sehr weiche Matratze.Das Apartment ist sehr gut klimatisiert,was bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur sehr viel Erholg bietet.Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet & der Ausblick auf die Bucht & die Promenade wunderschön. Vor unserem Eintreffen wurden wir von Jelena kontaktiert.Sie war auch unsere Ansprechpartnerin für alle Fragen & jederzeit erreichbar. Rabac ist eine wunderschöne Stadt & es fehlt einem hier an nichts.Nur 106 Stufen trennen Apartment & Promenade (alternativ ohne Stufen erreichbar). Dort gibt es frische Brötchen & Lebensmittel. Abends kann man aus vielen Restaurants & Bars wählen & wunderbar am Meer flaniere & einkaufen.
