We would like to invite you to our newly reconstructed and redecorated premium apartment Ginger, located in the heart of Labin's Old Town. This is an excellent choice for a couple getaway or for a special occasion. It's central location makes it an ideal place to stay for those who enjoy exploring, going on adventures, or simply relaxing.

The apartment Ginger is 55 m² and is located on the first floor of a residential building. It is located within a minute's walk of the restaurants, bars, small grocery store, and town centre. The nearest beaches in Rabac are accessible within an 8-minute drive distance. The different supermarkets are within a four-minute drive.

LIVING ROOM
The open-plan living room/kitchen area is an ideal social space with a sofa, coffee table, and dining table. With a 55-inch smart satellite television, you can lounge in front of it, or log into your favourite streaming services and have a film night.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
A fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a dining table for four persons. A large fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, and a filter coffee machine are also available. Near the kitchen is a dedicated workspace with a desk and a chair. 

BEDROOM
The gallery bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200 cm) with a gallery attached and two armchairs. The bedroom is equipped with a smart SAT television with a free Netflix subscription. This is a very comfortable bed enriched with damask bed linen for a luxurious sleep.

BALCONY
A mini balcony of 2 m² allows you to take a look over the streets of the old town.

PARKING
The host pays for the parking subscription.

BREAKFAST
For our guests, we offer breakfast at restaurant Kvarner for 12,00 € per person.

COMBO
There is the option of combining two apartments into one (apartment Ginger + apartment Blue). For four people, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Eine moderne Oase mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Labin. Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet und war spotless clean. Empfang und Parken waren absolut easygoing. Auch die Betreuung war super, eine Unstimmigkeit hat Francesco sofort und zu unserer hundertprozentigen Zufriedenheit gelöst. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen sie allen, die das authentische fern vom Massentourismus lieben.

the apartment was extremely well furnished and fitted out. The shower was amazing and everything provided was to a high specification. The location is just gorgeous and we loved having the wonderful old town of Labin literally on our doorstep. pizza Rumore, just a minute away, is not to be missed.

Smještaj je u centru starog grada. Ogromna prednost je ako se dolazi automobilom da domaćin osigura parking u samom centru sto je ogromna vrijednost. Restorani su jako blizu. Moguće je Istražiti čitavu Istru s ove lokacije. Upute su vrlo jasne, a Erna nas je dočekala srdačno, jako je susretljiva, osjećali smo se kao doma. Hvala 😍
