We invite you to our apartment, Dora Mar, boasting a breathtaking view of the Kvarner Bay. Recently renovated, it offers modern amenities of the highest quality. Perfect for two couples, a family retreat, or a comfortable home office stay. Enjoy complete privacy with access to a spacious terrace featuring an awning, patio furniture, and sun loungers.


The Dora Mar apartment, located on the second floor and accessible by stairs, is a 20-minute walk downhill/uphill from the beaches, promenade, restaurants, bars, small grocery stores, and the town center/port of Rabac. Larger supermarkets in Labin are a convenient 10-minute drive away. The apartment spans a total area of 64 m², featuring a 25 m² terrace. Nestled on a hillside amidst a forest, the area offers a serene and traffic-free environment.

LIVING ROOM
A cozy living room with a sea-view sofa. Equipped with air conditioning (which also functions as a heater) and a 55-inch HD smart satellite TV.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a table for four, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, and a filter coffee maker.

BEDROOMS
Two comfortable bedrooms include a master bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200 cm) and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200 cm). Extremely comfortable beds with damask bed linen ensure a luxurious bedtime sleep.

BATHROOM
The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rain shower, a sink, and a washing machine.

TERRACE
The 25 m² terrace, furnished with a dining table for six and two sun loungers, provides an ideal setting to enjoy a sundowner while soaking in the sea view.

Het verblijf bij Fransesco was heerlijk. Alles wag je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het appartement en het balkon met het uitzicht is adembenemend. Hoewel niet alles op loopafstand is, is het met de auto prima te doen en ben je binnen tien minuten bij het strand, de supermarkt of bij een restaurant. We hebben genoten!

Die Unterkunft war genau so, wie sie auf den Bildern dargestellt wird mit einem beeindruckenden Ausblick. Es war extrem sauber und ordentlich, man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Ich kann die Unterkunft von Francesco nur jedem Empfehlen!

Wir fanden die Unterkunft super. Der Ausblick wunderschön,der Gastgeber freundlich und immer erreichbar bei Fragen.Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.Haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Einziges Manko,der Weg zum Strand.Hier muss man mit dem Auto los und Geduld beim Parkplatz finden haben. Der Rest ein Traum. Vielen Dank für Alles!

Wir haben zu viert 1 Woche im Appartment Dora Mar verbracht, alles war wie beschrieben: die Aussicht von der großen Terrasse atemberaubend bei Tag und gut zur Sternschnuppenbeobachtung bei Nacht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage war absolut notwendig bei Außentemperaturen bis zu 35°C und konnte in allen Räumen separat gesteuert werden. Francesco bzw. Edi waren zuvorkommend und haben uns unsere Extrawünsche umgehend erfüllt. wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

My stay in Rabac was absolutely wonderful. The apartment we rented was very well-maintained and excellently equipped. The highlight was the amazing sea view that we could enjoy from the fantastic terrace. Everything was clean and well-kept. Jelena was very helpful and hospitable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect accommodation in Rabac! 😁
