Villa Mare Visum is in the quiet village of Mali Kosi. It features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a 180-degree sea-view private heated* infinity swimming pool, a sauna, a deck area, a backyard with a playground area, and an outdoor fireplace for barbecue. Due to the house's shape and position, the outdoor area is completely private. There is a fully fenced plot of 753 m². The next town is Labin, which is a 15-minute drive from many supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, and a marketplace. The closest beach is in the resort town of Rabac, a distant 13-minute drive away with many beautiful pebble beaches, a long promenade, cocktail bars with live music, and boat excursions.

LIVING ROOM
Open space area with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room has a two-seater and a three-seater sofa, which can be converted into a bed for two more people. There is a comfortable fire place and a 43-inch smart satellite television. In close proximity to the entrance is a guest toilet.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The kitchen is fully equipped with a bar counter and a dining area that accommodates six to eight individuals. A fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, and filter coffee machine. Close to the kitchen is a practical storage/laundry room with a washing machine and ironing set.

BEDROOMS
There are three bedrooms with a bathroom attached. Each bedroom has a smart television. One ensuite bedroom is on the ground floor with direct access to the deck area. It is equipped with a queen-size bed (160×200 cm) and a bathroom attached and a wardrobe and a small desk. Two ensuite bedrooms are on the first floor, with access to the balcony. It is equipped with a king-size bed (180×200 cm) and a bathroom attached. Comfortable beds with quality cotton bed linen are ideal for premium bedtime sleep.

BATHROOMS
Three en-suite bathrooms are equipped with electric underfloor heating, a heated towel rail, shower and toilet. The large bathroom on the upper floor also has a bathtub. A guest toilet is close to the living room. On the deck area is an outdoor shower with cold and warm water.

TERRACE
The covered terrace with a dining table, for six till eight people, provides panoramic sea views. The outdoor fireplace area for barbecue is accessible via the kitchen on the ground floor. 

SWIMMING POOL
The outdoor area has been designed for your comfort with a beautifully refreshing and private 35 m2 swimming pool, an outdoor shower with cold/warm water, and a spacious long deck area with six or eight sun loungers. Two parasols and natural shade provide protection from the sun. There exists a possibility to heat* the pool water, and the pool operates on salt water. 

PLAYGROUND
We have a playground area in the backyard, and a large part of the sand court allows you to enjoy outdoor activities like small football, badminton, or volleyball There is also table tennis for endless competitive matches. For our little guests there are enough sand toys for fun.

SAUNA
For our guests, we offer a dedicated zen area. The sauna is on the first floor. This is a Finnish type of sauna. During sauna bathing, there is an all-glass front for enjoying a panoramic view of the sea and island of Cres. Sauna towels are included.

*Additional costs for pool heating are €20.00 per day.

We hebben een geweldige week gehad. De villa was compleet uitgerust. Het zwembad was tegen betaling verwarmd wat het zeker waard was. De kinderen hebben dagelijks gebruik gemaakt ervan. Goede tips gehad voor uitstapjes in de regio en prettige communicatie met de host

Was für eine unglaublich schöne Lage. Die Stimmungen auf dem Meer sind unglaublich - sei es vom Bett, von der Sauna oder vom Pool aus. Der gut geheizte Pool war anfangs Oktober Gold wert. Check-in und Kommunikation mit Francescos Team 1A. Und was nicht unerwähnt bleiben darf: wir haben noch nie eine so saubere Ferienunterkunft gemietet.. man getraut sich kaum was anzufassen;-). Insgesamt von A bis Z zu empfehlen. DANKE!!!!

Super Haus mit super Aussicht übers Meer. Der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein und war sehr sauber und nicht mit zu viel Chlor versetzt. Auf der Terrasse ist man ungestört da es keine Nachbarn gibt die aufs Grundstück schauen können. Haben die Sauna ausprobiert und es fehlte an nichts es waren sogar extra Sauna Handtücher vorhanden. Das Haus war sehr sauber und frisch erbaut. Es hat uns so gut gefallen das wir definitiv noch einmal dort Urlaub machen werden. Gerne wieder😊

Wir durften eine Woche in der schönen Villa verbringen, die Lage ist Top, sehr Privat mit tollem Meerblick. Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Francesco spricht gut Deutsch, und war stets gut erreichbar. Preislich ist es immer so ne Sache, es war Hauptsaison, klar ist es in dieser Zeit auch gerechtfertigt, auch wenn es viel ist. Die 6km Zufahrtsstraße zum Haus ist ein wenig desolat und meistens Einspurig, da aber wenig Verkehr ist, klappt es gut mit dem Durchkommen. Ich wäre nicht abgeneigt nochmals zu buchen. Im Ort Labin findest Du große bekannte Einkaufsmärkte. Die Stadt Rovinj ist wunderschön und auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

Eine tolle und sehr geschmackvolle Unterkunft mit fantastischer Aussicht und bester Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und uns gut erholt. Der Pool war bei den heißen Temperaturen herrlich und das gekühlte Zimmer zum Schlafen auch. Wie beschrieben zieht sich der Weg zum Haus etwas, aber man wird dafür belohnt! Die Kommunikation war auch sehr gut und der Empfang sehr freundlich. Danke für die schöne Zeit!
