Angel Marie Villa is located in the quiet village of Veli Kosi. It boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private heated* swimming pool with a 180-degree sea view, a deck area, and an outdoor fireplace for barbecues. The nearest town is Labin, just a 15-minute drive away, offering supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, and a marketplace. The closest beach is in the resort town of Rabac, a mere 13-minute drive, with its beautiful pebble beaches, long promenade, cocktail bars featuring live music, and boat excursions.

LIVING ROOM
An open space area encompassing a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room is furnished with a three-seater sofa and armchair, accompanied by a cozy fireplace and a 43-inch smart satellite television.

KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area accommodating four individuals. It includes a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, and filter coffee machine.

BEDROOMS
Two bedrooms, each with a smart television. All bedrooms feature a king-size bed (180x200 cm). The bathrooms are equipped with a heated towel rail, walk-in shower, and toilet. Comfortable beds with quality cotton bed linen ensure a premium bedtime sleep.

TERRACE
A covered terrace with a dining table for four people provides panoramic sea views. The outdoor fireplace and a premium gas grill for barbecues are easily accessible via the kitchen on the ground floor.

SWIMMING POOL
The outdoor area is designed for your comfort, featuring a refreshing and private 18 m2 swimming pool, an outdoor shower with cold/warm water, and a deck area with four sun loungers. Two parasols and one shade sail offer protection from the sun. The pool water can be heated*, and it operates on saltwater.

STORAGE ROOM
Close to the entrance door is a practical storage/laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, and ironing set.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING
In the parking area, there's a power supply box equipped with both a 1-phase outlet and a 3-phase outlet, offering charging power of 11 kW.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus! Es war super ausgestattet und lies nichts zu wünschen übrig! V.a. die Küche, Kamin und Grill sowie der Pool mit tollem Blick auf die Küste sind hervorzuheben genauso wie die ruhige Lage. Zum Orr brauchte man aber 20min mit dem Auto. Pool ist auch beheizbar auf 29 Grad gewesen, sodass man auch noch gut im Oktober baden gehen konnte. Klare Empfehlung!

Ein wunderschönes und gepflegtes Haus. Es war bei der Ankunft super sauber und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und erholsam. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wunderschön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr vorbildlich! Vielen Dank, dass wir Göste dieses schönen Hauses seien dürfen.

die Gastgeber waren super immer gut zu erreichen die Unterkunft ist ziemlich abgelegen am besten braucht man einen Geländewagen sonst war aber alles super und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft. Die Aussicht morgens mit dem Sonnenaufgang war einfach hervorragend

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus – besser als erwartet! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Das Ferienhaus entsprach nicht nur vollständig der Beschreibung in der Anzeige, sondern hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen! Die Abwicklung über die Agentur Solorplus war absolut unkompliziert. Sehr nette Ansprechpartner, immer erreichbar und sofort um jedes Anliegen bemüht. Bei der Anreise wurden wir herzlich von Edi empfangen, der uns alles Wichtige erklärte. Als Willkommensgruß standen sogar gekühlte Getränke und frische Äpfel bereit – eine sehr nette Geste. Das Haus selbst ist perfekt ausgestattet: • Zwei klimatisierte Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit eigenem Bad • Offener Wohn- und Küchenbereich • Wunderschöne Terrasse mit Pool und traumhaftem Meerblick • Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner • Großer Hof mit Parkplatz und gesichertem Hoftor Die Lage auf einem Hügel sorgt für Ruhe und eine fantastische Aussicht – der Weg dorthin lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub – wir kommen gerne wieder!
