Welcome to our enchanting rustic rental home, nestled in a serene location that harmoniously combines the charm of countryside living with easy access to fantastic beaches, tourist hotspots, and delightful cafés and restaurants in the nearby resort towns.

Casa Ivanovac beckons families, friends, and couples seeking a stress-relieving getaway. Boasting four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private swimming pool, a patio, a deck area, and an outdoor fireplace.

Casa Ivanovac is in the quiet village of Breg Ivanovac. It is a semi-detached house on a small hill with a large plot. The Casa Ivanovac is split into two parts with different outdoor entrances.  The outdoor area is completely private. It is conveniently located within a 3-minute drive of the grocery shop. The next town is Labin, a 7-minute drive from many supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, and a marketplace. The closest beach is in the resort town of Rabac, a distant 15-minute drive with many beautiful pebble beaches, a long promenade, cocktail bars with live music, and boat excursions.

LIVING ROOM
In the second part of the house is an open-space area with a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and a kitchen.  Close to the living room is a guest toilet.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
In the second part of the house, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a dining table for eight people. A fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, and filter coffee machine.

BEDROOMS
There are four bedrooms in total. On the first part of the house, there is one bedroom, equipped with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) on the first floor and one bedroom on the ground floor, equipped with a two single beds (90x200 cm). In the second part of the house, there is one bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) on the first floor and one bedroom on the ground floor, equipped with two single beds (90x200 cm).

BATHROOMS
In the first section of the house, you'll find one bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet featuring a washing machine. In the second section, there is another bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet with a washer. Additionally, on the deck area, there is an outdoor shower with both cold and warm water.

TERRACE
The covered terrace has a wooden dining table for up to eight people. Accessible from the kitchen/living room on the ground floor.

SWIMMING POOL
The outdoor area has been set up for your comfort with a beautifully refreshing and private 24 m² swimming pool, an outdoor shower with cold/warm water, a deck area with six sun loungers, complemented by an outdoor fireplace, and a sitting area for four persons. 

PLAYGROUND
We have a playground area on rubber tiles for the smaller ones, with a swing set, seesaw and a trampoline for never-ending children's fun.

OUTDOOR LAWN GAMES 
In the lawn area in front of the house, there are two soccer goals and a volleyball net.

PETS
Pets with good behavior are very welcome at our holiday home. Please note that the large property is not fenced. Based on our experience, we accept small and medium-sized pets.

Wir hatten einen wunderschöne Auszeit! Wir wurden herzlich von der Vermieterin mit einer kleinen Geste empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern - ein Scharm aus alt und uhrrig aber dennoch sauber und liebevoll. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan dass aber kein Problem da stellt da man trotzdem seine Privatsphäre bekommt. Es ist zudem sehr familienfreundlich. Es gab Federball, ball, hochstuhl und reisebett vor ort. Der private Pool ist natürlich das Highlight. Das haus liegt ruhig in einer Siedlung - man benötigt dennoch ein auto zur Fortbewegung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Restaurant und das Meer sind in der nähe allerdings nicht fußläufig. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft vom Herzen empfehlen! PS: Da man etwas ländlich lebt sollte man sich bewusst sein dass es auch mal kleinere Besucher geben kann

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung des Hauses war sehr sauber und wir hatten alles was gebraucht wurde. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden regelmäßig gewechselt/ angeboten . Durch eine Waschmaschine Vorort konnten diese auch selbst nach Bedarf gereinigt werden. Restaurants und Supermärkte waren in 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Genauso gibt es Vorort viele verschiedene Strandmöglichkeiten. Auch diese sind mit dem Auto ab 15 Minuten erreichbar. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Nagyon jól éreztük éreztük magunkat, a házigazda nagyon kedves és informatív. A szállás nyugodt helyen van, mégis kocsival 10 percre Labin óvárosától és a legközelebbi kavicsos, gyerekbarát strandtól. 2 család 2-2 gyerekkel voltunk, a szobák jól szeparáltak, a medence és a partja nagyon jó. Ha erre járunk máskor is, ide fogunk foglalni :)
