Apartment Kanat IV is located on the second floor of a house, offering the convenience of being just a minute's walk away from beaches, the harbor, restaurants, bars, and grocery shops. For additional shopping needs, the mall and several supermarkets are a quick 10-minute drive away in the town of Labin. The apartment spans a total area of 72 m², featuring a 5 m² balcony.

LIVING ROOM
A modern and comfortable living room with a three-seater sofa, equipped with a 39-inch satellite television.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a round dining table for four persons. Features include a large fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, and a filter coffee machine.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180×200 cm) with an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds (90×200 cm) with an attached bathroom. Extremely comfortable beds with damask bed linen ensure a luxurious bedtime sleep.

BATHROOMS
Three bathrooms, two of which are attached to the bedrooms, equipped with a walk-in shower and a sink.

BALCONY
The covered balcony of 5 m² features a panoramic smaller round dining table for enjoying morning breakfasts. From there, you can enjoy a sea view of the Rabac bay—a striking sight, especially at night. The balcony and sea invite visitors to linger, relax, and enjoy each other's company.

Großartige Unterkunft mit hervorragendem Gastgeber. Der Ausblick ist äußerst schön. Die Wohnung war super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigen könnte. Francesco empfängt einen sehr nett und gibt gleichzeitig Tipps für die Umgebung. Ich kann es nur empfehlen hier unterzukommen, es war uns eine Freude!

Das Apartment war Blitz sauber und im absolut neuen Zustand. Der Kontakt mit Jelena war super freundlich und ausgezeichnet. Ich würde immer wieder dort buchen. Danke für die tolle Ungerkunft.

Die Unterkunft war einfach Traumhaft schön. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Leben braucht. Die Aussicht war der Hammer 😊. Die Kommunikation mit Jelena war super und Sie war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen definitiv wieder. 🫶
