Apartment Kanat III is located on the second floor of a house, offering the convenience of being just a minute's walk away from beaches, the harbor, restaurants, bars, and grocery shops. For additional shopping needs, the mall and several supermarkets are a quick 10-minute drive away in the town of Labin. The apartment spans a total area of 52 m², featuring a 5 m² balcony.

LIVING ROOM
A modern and comfortable living room with a three-seater sofa, equipped with a 39-inch satellite television.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a round dining table for four persons. Features include a fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, and a filter coffee machine.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed (180×200 cm). The second bedroom has two single beds (90×200 cm). Extremely comfortable beds with damask bed linen ensure a luxurious bedtime sleep.

BATHROOMS
One bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a sink.

BALCONY
The covered balcony of 5 m² features a panoramic smaller round dining table for enjoying morning breakfasts. From there, you can enjoy a sea view of the Rabac bay—a striking sight, especially at night. The balcony and sea invite visitors to linger, relax, and enjoy each other's company.

Alles war genau so wie beschrieben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Kommunikation mit Francesco war schnell und immer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war perfekt ausgestattet, man hat wirklich nichts vermissen können! Herzlichen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt! ☀️

Moderne Unterkunft direkt an der Durchfahrtstraße im Ort. Zum Empfang wurde uns Wasser und Obst bereit gestellt. Auch Kaffee und Spülmaschinentabs wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Fußweg zu den Stränden je nach Platzwahl 10-15 min. Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung war sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Kleinigkeiten die uns nicht so gefallen haben waren der etwas kleine Balkon ohne Sonnenschutz, die Dusche bei der das Wasser sehr langsam abgelaufen ist und sich dadurch schnell anstaute und das wir die Wohnungstüre ( bedingt durch Zutrittsystem mit Karte) nicht abschließen konnten.

Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und wie beschrieben. Durch die Klimaanlage ist sie auch bei höheren Temperaturen sehr angenehm. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist natürlich ein großes Highlight. Man muss jedoch gut zu Fuß sein, wenn man in die Wohnung oder nach unten zur „Promenade“ möchte. Der Weg ist nicht weit, aber man hat viele Treppen und Schrägen zu bewältigen, dies muss man natürlich bedenken. Auch für Familien ist die Wohnung geeignet. Auf Anfrage ist es überhaupt kein Problem einen Hochstuhl und Babybett zu bekommen.

Cudowne miejsce, nowocześnie urządzone, wyposażone we wszystko, co może być potrzebne na wyjeździe, bardzo czyste z przepięknym widokiem na zatokę. Wystarczy zejść na dół po schodkach i jest się w centrum ze sklepami i dużym wyborem restauracji. Blisko mała kamienista plaża, większa oddalona ok 10 min spacerkiem. Parking spokojnie pomieści cztery samochody. Na powitanie miła niespodzianka: czekały na nas owoce, mleko oraz sok. Bardzo polecamy !!
