Apartment Kanat III is located on the second floor of a house, offering the convenience of being just a minute's walk away from beaches, the harbor, restaurants, bars, and grocery shops. For additional shopping needs, the mall and several supermarkets are a quick 10-minute drive away in the town of Labin. The apartment spans a total area of 52 m², featuring a 5 m² balcony.

LIVING ROOM
A modern and comfortable living room with a three-seater sofa, equipped with a 39-inch satellite television.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a round dining table for four persons. Features include a fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, and a filter coffee machine.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed (180×200 cm). The second bedroom has two single beds (90×200 cm). Extremely comfortable beds with damask bed linen ensure a luxurious bedtime sleep.

BATHROOMS
One bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a sink.

BALCONY
The covered balcony of 5 m² features a panoramic smaller round dining table for enjoying morning breakfasts. From there, you can enjoy a sea view of the Rabac bay—a striking sight, especially at night. The balcony and sea invite visitors to linger, relax, and enjoy each other's company.

Cudowne miejsce, nowocześnie urządzone, wyposażone we wszystko, co może być potrzebne na wyjeździe, bardzo czyste z przepięknym widokiem na zatokę. Wystarczy zejść na dół po schodkach i jest się w centrum ze sklepami i dużym wyborem restauracji. Blisko mała kamienista plaża, większa oddalona ok 10 min spacerkiem. Parking spokojnie pomieści cztery samochody. Na powitanie miła niespodzianka: czekały na nas owoce, mleko oraz sok. Bardzo polecamy !!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet – alles genauso wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage war ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden, sodass man schnell überall hinkommt. Besonders gefallen haben uns der Balkon und die angenehme Atmosphäre im Apartment.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – besonders die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist ideal: nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hafen und vielen guten Restaurants entfernt. Zudem bietet die Wohnung eine wunderschöne Aussicht, die wir täglich genießen konnten. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit. Einziger kleiner Nachteil war die nahe Hauptstraße, die je nach Tageszeit für etwas Lärm sorgte. Wer empfindlich auf Geräusche reagiert, sollte eventuell Ohrstöpsel mitbringen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft trotz der leichten Geräuschkulisse uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Die Unterkunft von Francesco war einfach traumhaft schön, modern und vorallem sauber! Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. So ein schönes Airbnb hatten wir schon lange nicht mehr :) Danke!!
